New trail
The first route of the network is published: from the Karaoulia post to the Tzolian spring and up to Kamila, with QR signs standing along the whole climb. The page shows live distance, altitude and progress — and works fully offline once downloaded.
Signage
Weather-proof boards with QR codes were installed at the start, the summit and every key point in between. Each one shows its own coordinates — useful in the best moments and in the worst ones.
Feature
One tap stores the map, the route and every checkpoint on your phone. From then on the pages open with no signal at all — the mountain has plenty of views and very few antennas.
Season
Until the end of October, no open flame of any kind on the trails — including cigarettes. On high-risk days, check the daily fire-danger bulletin before you walk.
