The route

The Kamila Trail is here

The circular Kamila Trail, 7.2 km in total, starts and finishes at the square in Neochori. The waymarking and the QR codes at selected points help walkers follow their position and their progress, and discover useful information about the area.

The project was created on the initiative of the Aristotelis Nature Experience social cooperative, with the financial support of Hellas Gold S.A., to showcase the natural wealth, the history and the distinctive character of Neochori and mountainous Halkidiki.

    The story behind Aristotelis Nature Experience

    The Aristotelis Nature Experience social cooperative was born out of the need to showcase the natural and cultural wealth of this place in a way that is meaningful, sustainable and open to the local community.

    It starts from Neochori in Halkidiki, and its purpose is to create experiences and activities that connect nature, history, local knowledge and people. Through partnerships, environmental initiatives and participatory work, it seeks to create opportunities for the area and to strengthen the relationship between residents, visitors and the natural environment.

    The Kamila Trail is a practical expression of that philosophy: a project that invites visitors not merely to walk a route, but to get to know the place, respect nature and become part of a community that cares.
